What Have The Two Teams Done So Far?
Netherlands first qualified for the T20 World Cup in 2009 and stunned the world with a victory over England. Since then they have featured in four more – this being the sixth overall time they will feature in it – including their last appearance in 2022, where Netherlands did something spectacular again.
They had defeated South Africa in it and while they missed qualifying for the semifinals, they did enough to push the Proteas out of the competition.
Nepal’s first appearance in the T20 World Cup came in 2014 but have not done much since.
It was in the 2022 T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier that Nepal made the final and while they lost to Oman, it also meant they had knocked UAE on their way to the qualification.
