The Siechem Pondicherry T20 is a state-based T20 tournament played in the city of Pondicherry – or Puducherry as it’s now known, and is organized by the Cricket Association of Pondicherry. What is the Siechem Pondicherry T20 Format?
Six teams feature in this Siechem Pondicherry T20 league and each of the sides faces the other five in a format resembling a home-and-away one, i.e. twice. At the end of the group stage of the competition each of the teams would have played 10 matches and the top four sides on the points table would then make the semifinals.
It’s a straight knock-out after that with the winners of the semifinals facing off in the title-decider.
Siechem Pondicherry T20 2024 Schedule
The 2024 edition of the Siechem Pondicherry T20 will be played between January 2 and 18, 2024. On each of the days between January 2 and 17, there will be two matches played including the two semifinals which will be hosted on Wednesday, January 17.
The final of the 2024 Siechem Pondicherry T20 will be played on Thursday, January 18.
