The Ashes 2025-26 Schedule
The next five-match Test series between Australia and England which constitutes The Ashes will be hosted by Australia in their 2025-26 season.
The series will kick-start in the Western Australia state of Perth while the second Test will be played at The Gabba which will be a day-night encounter. This will be followed by a Test in Adelaide before the traditional Boxing Day Test at the MCG.
The Ashes 2025-26 will conclude with the fifth and final Test at the SCG in Sydney.

What Happened at the Previous Ashes?
The previous edition of the Ashes series was held in the UK in the 2023 season. The series proved to be one of the most thrilling, ending in a 2-2 tie following a stupendous performance from England to come back from being 2-0 down to level it in the fifth and final Test at The Oval.
Almost all the matches in the series turned out to be closely fought, with Australia winning by two wickets and 43 runs in the first two Tests and England’s wins coming by three wickets and 49 runs.
The only drawn game came at Old Trafford where nearly two days of play were lost due to weather even as England had Australia on the mat.
