What Have The Two Teams Done Recently?

Coming into this series, USA’s fortunes in cricket seemed to have changed with their performance in the T20 World Cup earlier this year where they beat Pakistan to reach the Super Eight stage.
Following that they have played seven T20Is – to go with a few ODIs – and won four of those games. Those victories have come against Canada, Namibia and UAE.
They lost to Nepal by 17 runs in the first game of the series in what can be called a bit of a shock result.

Nepal had featured in the T20 World Cup earlier this year and while they can hold their head high with some of their performances in that competition, they did not win a single game there.
