What Happened in the Previous Edition of the Cricket World Cup Challenge League?
The previous edition of the Challenge League was held in the 2019-22 period with 12 teams having made it to that tournament as well. They were divided into two groups of six sides apiece with each team playing 15 matches.
In League A, Canada grabbed 13 wins and lost just one match to top the table by some distance.
The competition was a lot closer in League B where both Jersey and Uganda finished on 22 points. While going into their final games, Uganda still had a mathematical chance of qualifying, even a 218-run victory failed to propel them past Jersey on the net run-rate.
