What Have The Two Teams Done So Far?
This is a Group C encounter in which West Indies have two wins from two matches having beaten PNG and Uganda to kick-start their proceedings.
New Zealand have played just one game but the manner of their defeat in that match against Afghanistan has left them with so much to do here that they are in a danger of getting knocked out.

The trouble for West Indies still is their attack isn’t the greatest in the competition and if the surface in Trinidad doesn’t aid spin, it could become a problem.
Because New Zealand might have gone down in a hurry against Afghanistan in their opener, they aren’t a team that falls apart without a fight.
New Zealand will look at captain Kane Williamson to get their batting sorted and might even want to get Rachin Ravindra back in at the top of the order.
Their bowling didn’t start off too well against Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran but came back strongly and that’s where West Indies will need to be wary.
